The NVQ level 2 assessment and training course has been created for the skilled furniture installers who have experience and knowledge of furniture installation and fitting based work. Those who can show the required practical skills for furniture installation, are also well qualified candidate for the course, as per the National Occupational Standards.
A qualified and proficient furniture installer must know the following task:
- Working with surfaces
- Floor and wall unit installation
- Creating cut outs on the work surfaces
- Build external and internal corners
The NVQ level 2 assessment training course for fitted interiors must contain the proof that represent a proficient learner demonstrated a quite good practical skill with Health and Safety guidelines. Therefore, a qualified furniture fitter must have the obvious understanding and expertise to perform jobs with safety parameters, as also stated in the site rules.
