A skilled and experienced taping and jointing tradesman must know how to:
- Manual work or work using the mechanical tools such as compound tube (bazooka), flat box, angle/corner box and internal corner crusher.
- Finish ceilings and excellent walls
NVQ assessment course for drywall finishing trade certification should also include the verification to demonstrate that the sound knowledge of Health & Safety part of his job.
Therefore, a skilled taper and jointer must prove his ability and knowledge of safety standards onsite.
